If you are unable to hear any sound on any of the videos or live sessions, there are a couple of things to check:
- The simplest solution is to make sure your device's volume is not muted/off (such as in silent mode) or turned down.
- If using any external speakers, make sure they are connected to an active power source, and they are turned on, unmuted, and are properly connected to your device (either through cable or Bluetooth).
- If using external Bluetooth speakers, ensure that they are fully charged or connected to a power source.
- If all of the above is not the issue, please check the settings on the video itself. On the bottom right of the video, hover your mouse (or tap the video after hitting "play" if on mobile) and you will see the sound option (looks like a little speaker). If it has an X next to it, that means that the video is currently muted. Please click it to unmute the video and adjust the video volume as you'd like (see pictures below):
