If you navigate to a class or particular content item through the site instead of your My Mat, there's a possibility that your purchase won't be registered with your free account. If you are not currently a premium subscribed member, please go to your My Mat to view and access all of your purchases.
If you continue to experience issues, first, double-check that you are logged into the same account that you used when making the purchase. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for our system to recognize recent purchases, to which we recommend logging out, refreshing your browser, and logging back in.
Lastly, if you are still having issues, you may need to clear your browser's cache and browser history. You can follow the steps here if you are unsure how to do this.
