The majority of Collections were designed so that all-levels (beginner to advanced) can enjoy and benefit from them, however there are particular Collections specifically designed for beginners, as well as Collections designed for those that are looking to evolve their practice further. All Collections will list class levels in the description as follows:
- All-Levels (appropriate for beginners and advanced alike. Beginners are encouraged to utilize props and choose asana shapes/variations that work best for them, while more advanced students may want to explore more challenging variations.)
- Level 1 (Slower-paced classes and tutorials geared for absolute beginners.)
- Level 1+ (Geared for beginner to intermediate practitioners that know their way around basic asana/poses and are ready for a slight increase in pace and “flow”. May introduce arm balancing and inversions with brief tutorials.)
- Level 2 (Geared for intermediate practitioners that feel comfortable with basic asana and “flow;” these classes may be faster-paced than All-Levels or Level 1/1+ classes and may introduce more arm-balancing, inversion practice, balancing, and backbending asana practice.)
- Level 2+ (Faster-paced and geared for intermediate to advanced practitioners; these classes may include more frequent arm-balancing, inversion practice, balancing, and backbending asana practice with less cueing and more “flow”)
- Level 3 (faster-paced and geared for advanced practitioners; these classes may include more challenging arm balances, inversions, balancing, and backbending asana practice with less transitional cueing and more “flow”)
- Astrology Collections are automatically considered All Levels.
