Yoga Girl® LIVE sessions will vary in location, times, and time zones, but we will always include the filming time/timezone in the class description. With this said, our system is set up to automatically calculate what time the class will be held for you personally, based on your browser’s location and timezone, so the time you see on the class is your personal start time.
If you’d like to be reminded of when the class will begin, you can set a calendar notification through our site which connects to Google, iCal, Outlook, and Yahoo calendars.
