Due to the fact that we do not own rights to the copyrighted music we suggest using in certain classes (such as with active meditation classes), we offer a few different options so that you may partake in using the paired music.
Below are links to the specific playlists and most of these services require a paid-for account (or a free trial) to listen ad-free without interruptions. We suggest purchasing the music to support and show appreciation to the artists (which you can use for all future Dynamic and Kundalini meditations), but there are also free versions available (linked below).
If we are able to provide any YouTube links that are compatible with the meditations, those would also be free, however, the songs may not match exactly and you may have ads sprinkled in.
If these services/links are not available in your country, we suggest listening to the previews of the playlists wherever available and creating a similar playlist that matches the length and tempo and does not contain any lyrics if possible. The most important part about doing these active meditations is that you can get into the body, release emotion, and fully let go, so you can do that with any music while just following the stages. The music just enhances the overall experience, it is not an absolute must.
