A typical day starts with breakfast at 8am and ends with dinner around 7pm, however, some mornings we will rise early to practice active Dynamic Meditation before breakfast.
Each day may have slight differences in subjects or topics that are being focused on, but you can expect regular yoga classes as well as break-out sessions for deeper learning on particular poses, sequences, yogic history and philosophy, or anatomy. You will have days to practice sequencing and connect with other trainees in deep and meaningful ways, but there will also be some brief periods of downtime throughout the days to focus on inner work, journaling, and studying.
