You can find the downloadable course guidebook link by going to My Mat, or the Practice page and finding the course row. On the top right of that row is a small orange document symbol. Clicking on this will directly take you to the PDF where you can view and/or download it to your device (pictured below).
If you did not receive a confirmation email with your PDF link, this may be if you had unsubscribed from our email mailing list at some point. If you need us to send you another welcome/confirmation email, if you'd like to be re-added to our email mailing list, or if you feel you are still subscribed but you can not locate your welcome letter, please write us and let us know at info@yogagirl.com
